Richard Shore is a founding partner at Gilbert LLP, where since January 2001, Richard has concentrated on creating innovative solutions for clients facing significant losses and liabilities, successfully representing them in high-stakes disputes. Prior to this role, Richard was a partner at Dickstein Shapiro LLP from July 1997 to December 2000 and at Covington & Burling from December 1988 to July 1997. Richard holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School (1987), a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from the University of Maryland (1984), and has also studied at Keio University and Washington University in St. Louis.
