Andy Poole, MBA Dip IoD, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Andy began their career in 1994 as the Manufacturing Director at Climet Ltd, where they served until 1997. Following this, they joined Unipart Manufacturing Group as an Operations Manager from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, Andy joined Harlow Group Ltd as the Operations Director before transitioning to Gilbert Gilkes and Gordon Ltd in 2000. At Gilbert Gilkes and Gordon Ltd, they held various roles, including Strategic Operations Director from 2000 to 2014 and Chief Executive Officer - Pumps Division from 2014 to 2017. Andy's latest role is as the Chief Executive Officer of Gilbert Gilkes and Gordon Ltd, a position they have held since October 2017.

Andy Poole has a strong educational background in business. In 2000, they enrolled at the University of Central Lancashire and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Andy successfully completed their studies in 2003, obtaining a comprehensive understanding of various business concepts and strategies.
