Claire Boyd

Claire is a partner in Gilbert + Tobin's Energy + Resources group. Her expertise spans all aspects of resources projects from acquisition, structuring, financing and implementation to the on-going development, operation and then divestment of projects. As well as negotiating and documenting transactions, Claire provides advice on regulatory compliance and approvals, and tenure land access matters.

Claire has considerable multi-jurisdictional experience, having advised on projects in all states and territories of Australia as well as overseas in countries including Turkey, the Philippines, Fiji, Vanuatu, Pakistan and various African countries.

Claire has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia. She also has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
