Shane McCord

Shane McCord is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Superintendent for Gilbert Public Schools since October 2017. Prior to this role, Shane held the positions of Assistant Superintendent and Executive Director of College and Career Readiness at Mesa Public Schools from July 2014 to October 2017. Shane holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Arizona University, a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Arizona State University, and a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
