Charlotte Grinberg has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Charlotte began their career as a Certified Childbirth Doula, providing physical assistance and emotional support to pregnant women. Charlotte then became a Trained Childbirth Educator at Lamaze International. In 2017, Charlotte worked as a Consultant at the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers before transitioning to become a Resident Physician at Mount Auburn Hospital. Charlotte later joined Doximity as a Writing Fellow and then as a Digital Health Fellow. Charlotte also worked at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Hospice and Palliative Care Fellow and an Oncology Hospitalist. In 2022, they joined Tufts Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and a Medical Director of Goal Aligned Care. Charlotte has also worked as a Medical Advisor at OneKey Virtual Care. Currently, Charlotte is the Hospice Medical Director at Gilchrist Luminis Lifecycle Institute.

Charlotte Grinberg received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology, Global Health and Health Policy from Princeton University, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. Afterwards, they pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at Thomas Jefferson University from 2013 to 2017. In addition, Charlotte has obtained a certification in CD(DONA) from DONA International.
