Michelle Teel MSN MBA RN OCN serves as the Clinical Manager at Gilchrist since November 2015. Prior to this role, extensive experience includes positions at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed Nurse Clinician III, Coordinator of the Pancreas Cancer Multidisciplinary Clinic, and Coordinator of the INSPIRE Preceptor Critical Thinking Program. Achievements include expanding the multidisciplinary clinic and managing a significant nursing education grant to support bedside nursing preceptors. With a strong educational background, Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science. Michelle also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Towson University.
