Gilded Gatherings is a Chicagoland-based event planning and design company dedicated to creating beautifully organized, unforgettable celebrations. From weddings and private parties to corporate events and community gatherings, we bring thoughtful planning, elegant design, and seamless execution to every event we touch.

Founded by Hannah Hook and Kelly Rose Hall, Gilded Gatherings blends two complementary strengths: Hannah’s background in corporate event logistics and Kelly’s hospitality and design experience. Together, we combine precision planning with creative vision to craft events that feel both polished and personal.

Our services range from full-service planning and day-of coordination to décor design, event staffing, and curated details that bring each event to life. Whether we're building a timeline, designing a tablescape, or managing the behind-the-scenes flow of the day, our goal is simple: to ensure every celebration runs smoothly so our clients can focus on enjoying the moment.

At Gilded Gatherings, we believe the best events feel effortless for the host and unforgettable for the guests.

Based in Chicagoland and serving the surrounding suburbs.
