Adelle Vandersteen

Adelle Vandersteen is a seasoned scientific professional with extensive experience in formulation and process development, currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist II at Gilead Sciences since October 2016. Previously, Adelle held roles as a Senior Research Scientist I and Research Scientist at the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Chemistry Consultant at Xenoble Scientific Inc., where expertise involved characterizing fugitive gas sources and developing reactive models in the oil and gas sector, as well as assessing environmental impacts. Additionally, Adelle contributed as a Scientific Advisor at Gardiner Roberts LLP, offering expertise in pharmaceutical patent litigation. Adelle holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Chemistry with High Distinction from the University of Toronto.
