As the Founder of Project Hummingbird, Allison reimagines conflict management through training in situational awareness and soft skills in security services. Previous roles include Director of Security at NBCUniversal, where Allison developed safety protocols, and Sr. Manager of Safety and Security Strategy at Roku Inc., focusing on executive risk and workplace violence prevention programs. Allison's extensive experience in national security includes a tenure as a Special Agent at the FBI and various intelligence analyst positions within the Department of Defense and the CIA. Currently pursuing an MBA at Gies College of Business, Allison holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northwestern University.
