Cordelia Wernicke

Cordelia Wernicke has over two decades of experience in commercial learning and development within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director of Global Commercial Learning & Development at Gilead Sciences since April 2013, Cordelia has held increasing responsibilities, including Associate Director and Manager of Sales Training and Field Coaching. Prior to joining Gilead Sciences, Cordelia worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb from April 2002 to March 2013 as a Field Trainer/Coach, contributing to the development and execution of training programs that enhance sales performance.
