Damian Trujillo

Damian Trujillo is an experienced scientist with a strong background in molecular and cell biology. At RAPT Therapeutics since April 2019, Damian has held positions of Associate Director, Senior Scientist, and Scientist II. Prior experience includes roles as Scientist II and Scientist at Aduro Biotech from March 2017 to March 2019, and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine from October 2012 to March 2017, where research focused on disease tolerance during malaria infection in mice. Damian earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2012, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology from The University of New Mexico in 2005.
