James Layton

James Layton is currently the Director of Regulatory Affairs Innovation, Digital, and External Partnerships at Gilead Sciences. They have extensive experience in regulatory information management, having previously held senior roles at BeiGene, where they managed the Global Regulatory Archive, and at Genentech, where they oversaw regulatory submissions and team performance. James has also worked as a Project Manager at the University of California, San Francisco, providing guidance on information management best practices. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
