Jamie Bates is an experienced oncology director at Gilead Sciences, specializing in targeting the tumor microenvironment and building diverse scientific teams in stromal biology and myeloid immunology. Since joining Gilead in April 2012, Jamie has progressed through various roles, including responsibilities as a senior scientist leading a team for clinical development in NASH, and as a project team lead for liver fibrosis drug development.
