Jamie Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, change management, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Senior Director and Global Head of Organizational Development at Gilead Sciences, Jamie also holds the position of Interim Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity. Prior experience includes leading transformation change management and communications at Vanguard, where Jamie focused on digital strategies and agile work practices. Jamie’s background also encompasses strategic guidance for Fortune 100 clients at Deloitte, as well as overseeing operations in North America for Talent Intelligence. Academic credentials include an MBA in Operations Management from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and a BS in Business Administration from Peirce College.
