Jane Appleby

Jane Appleby is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management, business operations, and team leadership. Currently serving as Associate Director of IT Business Operations at Gilead Sciences, Jane quickly addressed a $25 million budget challenge and is responsible for managing the governance of the IT PMO, facilitating investments exceeding $500 million across over 300 projects. Prior to this role, Jane accumulated significant expertise at Dell Technologies as an IT Senior Manager and Product Management Consultant, overseeing operational metrics, compliance, security management, and budget control. Earlier roles include project manager at Envision Utility Software and various positions in account and vendor management, where Jane demonstrated a consistent ability to improve processes and deliver cost efficiencies.
