Elsa Alfaro

Elsa Alfaro is a seasoned project management professional currently serving as the Global VP of IT Project Management at Teleperformance. They have a robust background in IT project implementation, having begun their career as a Project Assistant at Alpina and later advancing to roles such as Project Analyst at Teleperformance Colombia. Elsa has since held various leadership positions within Teleperformance, including Global IT PMO Program Manager and Enterprise Project Manager, where they oversee the alignment and execution of multiple global projects. Elsa earned their Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad del Magdalena and holds a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification in Project Management.
