Jiani Li

Jiani Li is an experienced bioinformatics professional currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist I at Gilead Sciences since April 2020, and previously held positions at Myriad Genetics and Counsyl. Jiani Li's expertise includes method and algorithm development, particularly in building statistical analysis pipelines and applying machine-learning techniques for complex disease risk factor analysis and the prediction of copy-number variations' impacts. Additional experience includes a bioinformatics internship at Genentech and a strong performance in Kaggle competitions, achieving notable placements.
