Kelly A. Kramer

Kelly A. Kramer joined Gilead’s Board of Directors in August 2016. Ms. Kramer has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cisco Systems, Inc., a worldwide technology leader, since 2015. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at Cisco. She previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GE Healthcare Systems and Chief Financial Officer of GE Healthcare Biosciences. Ms. Kramer has also worked in GE’s Corporate Headquarters, Transportation Systems and Aerospace divisions. She is a member of the board of directors of the Silicon Valley chapter of City Year, a non-profit organization that provides educational support for at-risk students in high-poverty communities.
