Kesha O'Reilly

Kesha O'Reilly, PharmD, MS, currently serves as the Director of Global Medical Affairs for the HIV Franchise at Gilead Sciences since March 2013, playing a vital role in formulating and executing a global strategy for HIV care, collaborating with multiple departments and external stakeholders. Previous positions include Principal Medical Scientist and Senior Medical Scientist at Gilead, focusing on scientific support for HIV and HCV products, and Chairman of the Drug Utilization Review Board for Maryland Medicaid, where policies were developed to enhance patient outcomes. As Managing Director of Clinical Pharmacy Programs at Correct Rx Pharmacy Services, Kesha managed significant pharmaceutical budgets and established clinical pharmacy services for various state and federal agencies. Kesha holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Howard University and a Master of Science in Population Health Sciences from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
