Kimberly McLaughlin

Kimberly McLaughlin is an experienced IT Project Manager at Gilead Sciences since September 2021 and has been the Owner of RED in Austin, LLC, a private real estate investment company, since April 2008. Previously, Kimberly served as Texas Managing Broker at eXp Realty, overseeing education for approximately 6,400 agents, and as Agent Success Manager at Realty Austin, managing a team that focused on agent retention and development. Kimberly's extensive background also includes various leadership roles at WellPoint, managing complex IT programs and budgetary concerns, and senior management at Ernst & Young / Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, specializing in large-scale program and project management across Fortune 50 companies. Early career experiences included ownership of a golf academy and roles in IT program management at Sprint. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
