Monique McCollough, PharmD, MHA, has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, currently serving as National Account Director at Gilead Sciences since September 2018, where a track record of growth in revenue and market share is evident. Prior roles include General Manager Secondment for Central and East Africa, focusing on optimizing patient access to HCV medicines through improved supply chain management and stakeholder collaboration. Earlier experience includes Director of Health Operations and Accreditation at Rutgers-University Correctional Healthcare, overseeing medical operations and ensuring high-quality patient care, as well as serving as Pharmacy Director, directing operations across multiple pharmacy facilities.
