Nizar Batada

Nizar Batada is a computational biologist with a PhD from Stanford University and an MS from Caltech. Nizar has contributed to oncology drug discovery and biomarkers at Gilead Sciences, where they currently serve as a Principal Scientist. Previously, Nizar co-founded Eugit Therapeutics and held a Principal Investigator position at the University of Edinburgh, where they led teams in applying computational biology to cancer research. Nizar has extensive experience in genetic analysis, published numerous papers, and received a prestigious Canadian Institute of Health Research Postdoctoral Fellowship.
