Sarah Cloke

Sarah Cloke is a Senior Director of Patient Safety at Gilead Sciences, where they lead a group managing the safety profile of over 20 products. With more than 25 years of experience in drug safety, they have demonstrated strong technical and leadership skills in high-pressure environments. Previously, Sarah held various roles, including Senior Director of Product Development Safety at Roche and Clinical Safety Scientist at Pfizer, where they contributed significantly to safety strategy and training. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Leeds and a Master of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Westminster.
