Serena Gillespie is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs and business process excellence, currently serving as the Director of Business Process Excellence in Global Regulatory Affairs at Gilead Sciences since August 2018, where responsibilities include quality reviews, audit readiness support, process improvement, and compliance monitoring for regulatory submissions.
