Sherelle Hill

Sherelle Hill is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in human resources and finance, currently serving as the Executive Leader of Global HR Shared Services and People Technology at Gilead Sciences since June 2025. Prior to this role, Sherelle held the position of Head of HR Global Shared Services at RELX from January 2024 to July 2025, and served as Executive Leader of HR People Services for the Americas at Raytheon Technologies from August 2019 to January 2024. Sherelle's career includes significant contributions to Aetna as Head of HR Strategy and Operations, Senior Director of HR Shared Services, and Director of HR Tax and Finance, along with earlier roles at Cigna and PwC. Sherelle holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Eastern Connecticut State University, in addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Community involvement includes membership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and the Greater Hartford Chapter of the Links Incorporated.
