Susan Chan

Susan Chan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading HR operations and shared services across major organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of HR Shared Services at Gilead Sciences since December 2022, Susan leads the APAC HRSS team to support employee lifecycle operations. Prior roles at Pfizer included Director positions focused on global service delivery and HR operations support for large workforce populations, with significant achievements in managing vendor teams across multiple countries. Earlier career milestones include roles at PeopleSoft, Atos Origin, Hongkong Telecom, Dekko Stamping, and Patton Electric Company. Susan holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Computer Information Systems from Indiana University Bloomington.
