Tim Flynn

Tim Flynn currently serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Gilead Sciences, where a focus on servant leadership has fostered high-performing teams and exceptional operational results, including the hiring of over 180 employees and the creation of a shared service center. Previously, Tim held positions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Amgen, where talent acquisition efforts supported the company’s mission to serve patients, and as the Director of Talent Acquisition at MedMen, overseeing recruitment operations and strategy development. Tim also worked at Horizon as Director of Global Talent Acquisition, mentoring a diverse team and implementing relocation programs. Tim holds an Associate's Degree in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University.
