Tracy Vanderslice

Tracy Vanderslice is an accomplished leader in clinical operations with a robust background in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Gilead Sciences since May 2022. With extensive experience at GSK from September 2004 to May 2022, Tracy held multiple leadership roles, including VP and Head of Pharma Global Clinical Operations & Delivery, where oversight of a team of over 400 facilitated the management of more than 200 clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. Additionally, Tracy directed the Global Clinical Pharmacology Sciences & Operations division, managing around 150 staff members and ensuring the successful delivery of approximately 70 studies annually. Earlier experience includes senior roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, with a strong educational foundation in pharmacology and biology from Thomas Jefferson University and Wake Forest University, respectively.
