Tyler Novak

Tyler Novak, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the field of biomedical engineering, currently serving as the Director of Drug Delivery Strategy and Innovation at Gilead Sciences. Prior to this role, Tyler held positions as Associate Director of Device Development and Engineering Manager for New Product Development. Tyler's experience includes serving as Principal and Technical Program Lead at Intersect ENT, Inc. Additionally, Tyler contributed to academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Purdue University, where previous academic experiences included being an NSF Graduate Research Fellow and Undergraduate Research Assistant. Tyler earned both a PhD and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University, completing the doctoral program in 2015 and the undergraduate program in 2011.
