Wencan "Wendy" Chen has over 24 years of experience in analytical development and quality control within the pharmaceutical industry. Formerly a Senior Scientist at Amgen Inc. from 2003 to 2023, Wendy led multiple process development projects and authored key regulatory documents while managing cross-functional teams. Currently, as Director at Gilead Sciences, Wendy provides technical expertise for CMC regulatory activities and develops regulatory strategies in collaboration with project teams. Wendy holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Chemistry from Wuhan University and two M.Sc. degrees in Analytical Chemistry from Hunan and Brock Universities.
