Zoe Talbot

Zoe Talbot has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2009, they began their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the SFSU Mathematics Department. Zoe then transitioned to the field of neuroscience and joined the NYU Center for Neural Science as a Junior Research Scientist in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, Zoe worked as a Senior Research Technician in the Rudy Lab at the NYU Langone Medical Center, Department of Neuroscience and Physiology.

In 2013, Zoe embarked on their PhD journey at the New York University School of Medicine and concurrently worked as a freelance Data Analyst. Zoe also became a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner during this time.

In 2017, Zoe took on the role of a full-time mom. However, they continued to pursue their professional aspirations by co-founding the Sonoma Feldenkrais Collective in 2022. Zoe is also currently working as a Data Analysis Consultant at Gilgamesh Pharmaceuticals, starting in November 2022.

Zoe Talbot's education history includes multiple degrees and areas of study. Zoe completed their Master of Science degree in Neuroscience at NYU School of Medicine, Sackler Institute of Graduate Biomedical Sciences from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued the Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner program at Feldenkrais Institute in New York from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they attended San Francisco State University, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics, although the specific years are unknown. Zoe also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the same institution, completing their undergraduate studies before or in 2006. Lastly, from 2002 to 2004, they studied Mathematics at Uppsala University, but it is not specified whether they obtained a degree during that time.
