Tracey Goodson Barrett

Tracey Goodson Barrett is an experienced education and community impact professional currently serving as the Program Coordinator for the Global Education & Experiential Learning Program at Gill St. Bernard's School, where responsibilities include managing a student internship program for over 350 upper school students. Previously, Tracey held the role of Director for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Community at the same institution, focusing on strategic leadership in diverse educational environments. Tracey's experience includes serving as Director of Diversity at Morristown-Beard School, where efforts centered on promoting diversity and inclusion, as well as impactful roles at the United Way of Northern New Jersey and the U.S. Department of Justice, where significant contributions were made in fair housing and community development. Tracey holds a B.A. in Government from Cornell University and a Master of Arts in Private School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University.
