Allison Bader

Allison Bader is currently serving as the Donor Experience & Campaign Manager at Gillette Children's since August 2023, having previously held the position of Donor Experience & Development Officer. Prior to this role, Allison accumulated extensive experience at Allina Health from January 2014 to August 2023, working as a Development Officer for both the Allina Health Foundation and the United Hospital Foundation, and starting as an Associate Development Officer. Allison began her career in development as an intern at the United Hospital Foundation from May 2012 to October 2013. Educationally, Allison earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hospitality Management with a Hotel Concentration from Southwest Minnesota State University between 2010 and 2013.
