Andrea Bushaw, PhD, RN, CPNP, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in pediatric nursing and hospital administration. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Transformation at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare since April 2019, Andrea focuses on health services clinical research, knowledge translation, and outcomes to enhance evidence-based practices within the organization. In addition, Andrea is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota School of Nursing.
