Kristina Belk

Kristina Belk currently serves as the Director of the Performance Management Strategy Office at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare, a position held since September 2015, where leadership involves driving process improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through a collaborative, data-driven approach. Prior to this role, Kristina worked at the Bureau of Epidemiology, Utah Department of Health from June 2009 to August 2015, with titles including Provider Optimization Manager and Clinical Administrative Manager, and served as an Epidemiologist/Evaluation Specialist focusing on communicable disease investigations and public health evaluations. Earlier, Kristina was a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota from September 1998 to September 2001, contributing to various research and evaluation projects through data collection and health education. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science in Biophysics from Brown University and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Minnesota.
