Sarah Norman

Sarah Norman currently serves as Supervisor of Clinical Research Operations at Gillette Children's, overseeing Orthopedics, Spine, and Health Services Research Lines since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Clinical Research Coordinator at the Center for Veterans Research and Education, where responsibilities encompassed facilitating IRB submissions, coordinating multi-site studies, and reporting to leadership. Sarah also worked at HealthPartners in various research positions, including Research Study Coordinator and Research Recruitment Specialist, focusing on patient recruitment and data management. Additional experience spans research and instructional positions at academic institutions such as the University of Minnesota, where Sarah concentrated on the intersection of women, science, and technology policy-making, as well as teaching geology courses. Sarah holds multiple degrees in geology and environmental policy, including master's degrees from the University of Minnesota and the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
