Noah Sanders

Noah Sanders is a Partner at Gilliam Bell Moser LLP since August 2001. Noah oversees components of the tax practice unit, focusing on corporate and partnership tax engagements, tax planning, and compliance for companies and their owners. Noah also specializes in private equity business valuations for estate and gift tax purposes and shareholder transactions. Prior to this role, Noah worked as an accounting assistant/intern at Tubular Textile Machinery from May 1998 to August 1999, performing tasks such as bank reconciliations, inventory observations, and journal entry postings. Noah holds a MAC in Accounting from NC State Poole College of Management (2000-2001) and a BS in Accounting from the same institution (1996-2000).
