David Delgado

David Delgado has extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in the cheese sector. David is currently the President of Dairyfood USA Inc., a leading specialty processor of extended shelf-life cheese and the largest supplier of smoked Gouda in the United States. Prior to this, they served as the President & CEO of Gilman Cheese, a company specializing in premium quality, shelf-stable processed cheese. David also worked as the General Manager at JBS USA and as the Vice President of Operations at Schuman Cheese, where they played a key role in expanding the company's capabilities as a cheese maker and processor. David Delgado began their career as the Director of Operations at Grupo Lala, a Mexican company that expanded into the United States and acquired various dairy businesses. David also had experience in contract manufacturing at Conagra Brands. Overall, David Delgado's work experience showcases their expertise and leadership in the food industry, particularly in the cheese and dairy sector.

David Delgado has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nebraska (2010-2012) and another MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey (2008). David also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering in Food Science from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí.
