Bill Schrepferman has extensive work experience in executive recruitment and corporate HR roles, having started as an executive recruiter with Baldwin and Associates (now Gilman Partners) in 1993. Bill specializes in placing candidates in manufacturing, production management, supply chain, quality, general management, engineering, and sales roles. Prior to this role, they held Director HR positions at Carlson Marketing Group, Carlson Marketing Worldwide, and Carlson Marketing, starting in 1985 and ending in 1993. Bill also worked as a basketball coach at Cardinal Pacelli in 1993.
Bill Schrepferman graduated from Miami University in 1963 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
