Chuck Aardema

Chuck Aardema has over 30 years of human resources experience, with progressive management positions at Mead Corporation and roles as Director of Human Resources at MeadWestvaco and Vice President of Human Resources at Totes Isotoner and AdvancePierre Foods. Chuck has also served as a Board Member at the Employers Resource Association and Vice President of Consulting at Pathfinder MPI Consulting. In 2017, they became an Executive Recruiter at Gilman Partners and also published a children's book titled "In My World".

Chuck Aardema pursued their higher studies in Psychology & Business Administration from Hope College from 1976 to 1980. Later, in 1980 and 1981, they pursued a degree in Labor & Industrial Relations at Michigan State University in Michigan.
