Michael O. Molina

Michael O. Molina serves as the Assistant Head of School for CIE at Gilman School since June 2023, following a tenure as Head of School at Bishop John T. Walker School for Boys from July 2020 to June 2023. Molina previously held the position of Director of the Finney-Greene Program at Gilman School from August 2016 to July 2020, where efforts focused on supporting talented students from underrepresented communities. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Programs at Clarkston Community Center, Community Engagement at Thread, and Principal at 5 Dimensional Stories, along with serving as an Instructor at Georgia State University. Molina's earlier work included consulting for the City of Decatur Cultural Master Plan and the role of National Coordinator for Quality Education as a Constitutional Right. Educational credentials include a JD from Yale Law School and a BA in English from Xavier University of Louisiana.
