Oscar Daniel Pérez Esquivel has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Oscar Daniel began their career as an IT Manager at Manpower Inc., where they were responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of operations by updating and maintaining technological infrastructure.

After their time at Manpower, Pérez Esquivel took on the role of IT Senior Manager at Voltran Transformadores, where they oversaw the implementation and design of technology requirements for the company's offices and production plants. Oscar Daniel also managed relationships with various vendors and continuously identified areas for improvement.

Next, Pérez Esquivel joined Bio Pappel SAB de CV as an IT Senior Manager for Bio Pappel Scribe. Here, they played a crucial role in formulating and implementing the company's technological strategy in Mexico and Central America. Oscar Daniel oversaw the deployment of ITIL and COBIT methodologies and was responsible for various technological aspects, including internet connections and IP telephony.

Subsequently, Pérez Esquivel joined Mars as an IT Senior Manager in Turin Mexico. In this role, they managed the technological resources of the company, including hardware, software, and communications. Oscar Daniel also focused on maximizing the business value of technology investments and initiated process improvement initiatives.

Pérez Esquivel then served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Red Ring México. Here, they directed the development area using SCRUM and Agile methodologies to enhance delivery times. Oscar Daniel also prioritized maximizing the business value of technology investments and implemented initiatives to optimize processes.

In 2017, Pérez Esquivel became the Corporate IT Manager at Construrama Blanquita. Here, they directed the development area using Design Thinking, Big Data, IoT, and BI methodologies. Oscar Daniel was responsible for maximizing the business value of technology investments and oversaw the migration of services to cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure.

From 2019 to 2020, Pérez Esquivel held the position of Director of Information Technology at MOBO MEXICO. During their tenure, they directed the development area using Design Thinking, Big Data, and IoT methodologies. Oscar Daniel migrated physical services to a cloud infrastructure in AWS and GCP and focused on maximizing the business value of technology investments.

Currently, Pérez Esquivel works as the Corporate Information Technology Manager at GILSA - Construcción Decorativa. In this role, they are responsible for promoting digital transformation and leading the development area using Design Thinking, AI, Big Data, and IoT methodologies. Oscar Daniel also focuses on maximizing the business value of technology investments.

Oscar Daniel Pérez Esquivel completed their education at two institutions. From 1994 to 1998, they attended the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, where they obtained a degree in Communications and Electronics. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Innovation for Business Development at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

In addition to their formal education, Oscar Daniel Pérez Esquivel has also obtained several certifications. In September 2022, they received an Executive Advanced Certificate CIO Program from UDLAP. In July 2020, they completed the Transforming the Company to Industry 4.0 Online program at ICAMI Centro de Formación y Perfeccionamiento Directivo. Furthermore, in September 2018, they obtained a certification in Design Thinking from CEDIM México.
