Richard Shepherd

Richard Shepherd is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as managing partner at Gilson Gray LLP since January 2022, Richard leads the firm's commercial property and corporate law division. Previously, Richard held the position of Head of the Corporate and Commercial Department at James & George Collie from January 2000 to February 2014, where expertise encompassed various corporate and commercial property transactions. Richard's academic background includes a degree in Law (Commercial) from the University of Aberdeen, attained between 1984 and 1988, after completing education at Robert Gordon's College from 1971 to 1984.
