Nicholas Gilson

Nicholas Gilson founded Gilson Snow, Inc. in 2013 and pioneered a three-dimensional fluid dynamics design approach and new MFG processes. Nicholas designed and built a manufacturing facility in Winfield, Pennsylvania and created the first high-volume rapid customization and fulfillment infrastructure in Snow Sports. Nicholas partnered with NHL, MLB, Hasbro, AC/DC and Pink Floyd and was ranked #1 Small Brand in Snow Sports and one of Outside Magazine's favorite American Brands. Nicholas was also profiled by Bloomberg Businessweek and NPR, WIRED, PBS, Snowboard Mag, TEDx, Transworld, Board Insiders and TGR. Nicholas holds three patents: 9,108,101 B2 / 9,120,003 B2 / 9,352,212 B2.

Prior to that, Nicholas Gilson worked for Teach For America from 2010 where they held the roles of Science Teacher at New Vision Academy and Campus Campaign Coordinator.

Nicholas Gilson attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2007 to 2011. Nicholas then went on to obtain a Masters in Instructional Practice: Teach For America – Lipscomb partnership from Lipscomb University. No additional certifications are noted.
