Annabel Soenen

Annabel Soenen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Annabel started their career as an afdelingsmanager at Decathlon in 2010, where they were responsible for organizing commercial activities and managing a sales team. Annabel then moved to Decathlon Olen in 2011, where they served as a Kassa- en personeelsverantwoordelijke, overseeing contract management, payroll administration, and personnel management.

In 2012, Annabel joined Decathlon Belgium as a Training Manager, where they played a pivotal role in developing and implementing the company's training policy. Annabel was responsible for organizing and coordinating training programs, creating individual training plans, and competency profiles.

In 2014, Annabel joined Calzedonia Group, initially as a Districtmanager and then as a Senior districtmanager. Annabel'sresponsibilities included managing the commercial department, ensuring sales targets were met, and analyzing specifications and conducting site visits.

In 2018, Annabel joined PANDORA as a Regional sales manager, responsible for actively prospecting and managing existing customers in the Belgium and Luxembourg region. Annabel also managed owned and franchised stores and achieved sales targets.

Currently, Annabel works at GIMBER as a Business Development Manager for the region Emea (excl. south Europe) and APAC. Prior to this role, they served as an Internal Sales Manager and is currently working as the Sales operational manager.

Throughout their career, Annabel has demonstrated their ability to excel in various roles, showcasing skills in sales management, business development, training, and personnel management.

Annabel Soenen's education history includes completing a Master's degree in lo- en bewegingswetenschappen (locomotion and movement sciences) at KU Leuven from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they pursued a specialization in Sportmanagement within the same field, earning another Master's degree. More recently, in 2020, Annabel began an in-opleiding program in Financial management at Centrum Voor Afstandsonderwijs.
