Kristen Sinch

Kristen Sinch is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Head of People at Gimme Seaweed since June 2024. Prior to this role, Kristen held the position of Head of People at Wild Earth Inc from March 2018 to December 2023. Kristen's background also includes significant recruitment experience as a Senior Recruiter at Arup from May 2016 to March 2018 and as People Services Program Lead at Sungevity between March 2013 and May 2016. Kristen began a career in recruitment at Environmental Science Associates from September 2008 to March 2013. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from The University of Toledo.
