Cathy Riddle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product support and sales operations. Currently serving as a Product and Technical Support Specialist at Ginger Labs since July 2022, Cathy previously held the position of Sr. Sales Support & Customer Advocate at Vertiv from February 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing accounts and post-sales follow-up. Prior roles include Inside Sales Representative and Program Manager at Geist Global and Geist Shenzhen respectively, focusing on account management, quality standards, and training. Cathy began their career as an Operation Trainee at Geist Global and has also completed an internship at Covenant Hospice. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Chipola College.
