Barbara Martens

Barbara Martens is an accomplished business leader and coach with extensive experience in various sectors. As the Founder and Director of Gingermood Coachmatchers since 2011, Barbara has been instrumental in connecting clients with coaching professionals. Additionally, as the Founder and Non-executive Director of Guidion since January 2004 and an Investor, Management & Strategy Consultant, and Business & Personal Coach at BMI Ventures since January 2001, Barbara has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and business development. Prior experience includes serving as a Manager for the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games from 1998 to 2001 and a Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 1996 to 1997. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD, coach training from the MMS Worldwide Institute, and an academic background from the University of Amsterdam, Grotius College, and Honjo Higashi High School in Japan.
