He has spent an integral part of his career with IBM’s Consulting division, where he executed complex projects across 23 Countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa delivering tangible results and turning project objectives into reality with state-of-the-art solutions.
Recently, he has helped public and private sector entities define, create, and implement their Blockchain strategy. Saqr understands the astronomical market opportunity of Blockchain and is passionate about building thriving organizations in the Blockchain ecosystem. He has also established an award-winning HealthTech Innovation Hub for the Government of Saudi Arabia.
Saqr is an advocate for innovation, and he has supported and mentored many startups in the GCC, Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America. He has been deeply engaged with startups at the Dubai International Financial Center, Arab Youth Center, and Founder Institute. Saqr has been featured in Reuters and IBM on his disruptive industry innovations and revolutionary ideas.
