Jason Ng

Jason Ng is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and data protection. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel and Data Protection Officer at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. since July 2019, Jason has also held the position of Corporate Counsel and Data Protection Officer at Mass General Brigham from August 2016 to July 2019. Prior roles include Senior Associate at Citizens Disability, Staff Attorney at The Law Office of James E. Neyman and Associates, and Law Clerk at the City of Cincinnati Prosecutor's Office. Jason began legal training as a Student Attorney in the Health Law Clinic at Suffolk University Law School, where a Juris Doctor degree was earned. Complementing legal expertise, a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology was obtained from Miami University.
